First table arrived with a corner broken in several pieces. After talking with customer service a second table was shipped. This time the corners were protected with styrofoam corner inserts. A corner was busted again and the side was cracked when received. I didn't bother to call again, I just glued it as best as possible. The second table arrived in a few days. Boxing for this item needs to be improved to prevent damage in shipping. Customer service was polite and followed through with sending the second table so thank you to them.
