If I could give a zero, I would. Started to tear after 1 week's gentle use. Don't waste your money.
I have requested a refund, but have not heard a response yet, so I cannot offer an opinion on customer service.

It works very well. The design prevents logs from falling out the ends and the canvas is flexible so that various lenths and widths can be carried easily.
