The measurements of the filled pillows will always be less than the measurement of the fabric. Usually after filling, pillows measurement reduces about two or three inches. So, a 30 inch pillow will reduce to about 27 or 28 inches when full. Fabric measurements are always exact but full pillow measurements are always approximate.
