After I've added items to the Shopping Cart, how do I check out?
Click "Check Out" and you'll be taken to the check out page where you will be asked to enter your Shipping and Credit Card information. Please fill out these forms carefully and click "Continue". You'll be taken to the "Confirmation" page where you should verify and confirm the information you have provided. If you confirm the information on the "Confirmation" page click "Place This Order". Your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown. Please record your Order Confirmation Number for future reference.
How do I remove items from the Shopping Cart?
Once you click "Shopping Cart" link on the top right portion of any page, you will be seeing the contents of your Shopping Cart. On the left of each item in your shopping cart there is a clickable [REMOVE] button that you can use to remove items.
Which Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit cards.
How soon will I receive my order?
We process orders the first business day after they are received. All in-stock items ship within 48 hours after your order is processed. The majority of our orders are shipped via Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or FedEx Freight. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your order unless otherwise stated.
There are a few exceptions on furniture items. Depending on the furniture collection and stock availability, delivery times may vary from 1 week to 8 weeks. After placing an order you will receive an email in 48 hours advising you on the scheduled delivery date of the items you have purchased.

Shipping and handling costs are for your whole order and for continental USA only. For orders from Alaska and Hawaii an additional fee will be applied. Please refer to the table below to see the shipping and handling costs.

What carriers do you use for shipping?
The majority of our orders are shipped via Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or FedEx Freight. Therefore we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your order unless otherwise stated. Items of non-standard sizes and items that require special handling will be delivered by FedEx Freight or common carriers. All non-standard shipments are curbside drop-offs unless Inside Delivery is chosen.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
CozyDays is required to collect sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Florida and the state of Washington. CozyDays does not collect Sales Tax for shipments made out of the state of Florida and the state of Washington. Florida sales tax rate which is 6.00% and Washington sales tax rate 6.50% and any other applicable taxes are added to the final total only if your order is shipped to a location in the state of Florida or the state of Washington.
Can I send a product as a gift to someone else?
Yes. You can buy and send products as gifts to third parties. Make sure you fill all the recipient information under SHIPPING INFORMATION during checkout.
How can I check status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the following link. Check your Order Status. You'll be asked your order number and the email address you used while ordering.
How can I print a return slip?
If you would like to return any product you've purchased from us, and would like to return it you can print a Return Slip. Please indicate the reason of the return.
Is my credit card information safe with you? Can I order with confidence?

My credit card could not be verified but I am certain it is a valid card. What could be the problem?
CozyDays.com takes utmost care on preventing fraudulent credit card transactions. If your credit card was declined, it may be one of several things.
- The information that you have entered might not be verifiable.
Please verify that you are entering your billing address correctly. Your billing has to match your credit card's billing address.
- You might have reached the credit limit of your credit card.
Please use a different credit card.
What is my Credit Card Security Code number?
To protect our customers from online fraud we utilize CVV2 number as well as other precautions we take. Credit Card Security Code (also known as CVV2), is a 3 or 4 digit number that is printed, on your Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Visa and MasterCard card members can find their CVV2 number in the signature area of your card. AMEX members can find the CVV2 number in front of their card. CVV2 is also called CSC, CVC2 and CID by different credit card companies.
