Rated ⅖ stars August 27, 2014The product was not nearly as well made as last year's cushions. Last year there were grips on the top and bottom and the grips were longer. This year, there were only grips on the top and they were very sparse in the material used. This does not allow the cushion to fit or seat as well on the chaise. I would have given the product a three star, but the service was one star. The ad promises that you will receive the cushions within four weeks. It took nine weeks for these cushions to arrive. The season was almost over by the time they arrived. Very poor service.

Rated ⅘ stars February 24, 2014The product is a cushion, and it is fine. The 2 cushions were supposed to be delivered within 4 week, something I think is far to long a period to wait. However, in this instance it took more than 8 weeks, which is terrible. I called several times, wondering when I was going to get the cushions, and was told they would come as soon as possible. Two simple cushions to Chaiselongues, and it takes more than 8 weeks to deliver. This is no way to serve a customer.
