I was disappointed with the quality of the pillows when I received them. I had to use scissors around all of the edges to remove loose strings. This product didn't look like it was assembled well, nor have it inspected prior to delivery
This product took a month to ship after ordered and took 2 personal e-mails plus a phone call to get it sent.

This pillow was exactly as advertised and expected. Seems to be of high quality and durable. Metal zipper (white), not plastic -- a plus! Comparably good price, too.
Shipping was speedy. No problems.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship evident in the fabrication of my large pillow. The bias welting and zipper were high end touches that were unexpected given the cost ... a true value!
I have raved about Cozy Days to all my friends at work!
