Patio cover was exactly as shown. Sturdy and large. I would rate this product as a 5, but as a whole picture, the service dept. irritated me. I would recommend this patio cover for anyone with alot of chairs or area they wish to cover. Only suggestion is that this product was on backlog when i ordered it one month ago. This was not stated during the purchase. Web site states items ship usually within 5 business days. Fine. I called the service number to check on my order after 7 business days. Come on guys. Small business or not, you have to notify the customer of item status and we will understand. That is the only suggestion.
