Cook outdoors and many Indian dishes in the home and it works wonderfully. Great for browning meat on the stove then pop it in the oven to finish and the heat retention keeps it warm. Its shape is unique and it uses far less oil than my Dutch Ovens. Very pleased with this product and the excellent service given by CozyDays. If you like cooking in cast iron you will love this unit.
