Bayou Classic's 800-432 8 Gallon Stainless Steel 4 piece Brew Kettle Set comes complete with a domed lid, stainless steel ball valve with a ½" FNPT threaded interior and exterior opening, and a stainless thermometer with a 3" dial indicating various Brew Settings.

The Bayou Classic 4-piece Brew Kettle Set (800-432) is constructed entirely of stainless steel.
