“Love this product! It was easy to assemble, looks great, and is easy to use. We have to use the cover more than I would like, but this is not the umbrella's fault - it gets a little windy where we live and the cover keeps it from blowing around.
This umbrella resembles an expensive British product we saw in a patio store for $1300.00”

“Product is everything, I anticipated and more.
My only issue is that I was missing one part an 18" bar axle which happily you replaced immediately. However, you shipped to me the entire box of components which had to weigh 25lbs and had a lot of things I didn't need. Are you sure that was cost effective.
Anyway we love our umbrella and it looks great.

“I bought 4 chairs and a cantilever offset umbrella for my pool area. The chairs and umbrella were shipped to me no charge and were beautiful as expected.
i soon had a problem with the cantilever umbrella, (the plastic cover) that held the two umbrella poles together.
I called cozy days and told them what was happening and they credited my account the entire amount billed to me for the umbrella! I was very surprised as i thought i would have to find a way to ship the item back for repair etc. which would have been an extreme hassel due to the length and shape of the umbrella.
I would buy from this company again and appreciate the prompt credit to my account for the umbrella.
