I'm sure it was fine. Sent as a gift, sight unseen. This was a gift I ordered the 2nd week of August. It was not shipped until the 2nd week of September. There was no mention that the item was on backorder. I had ordered it for a gift fully expecting that it would arrive long before Labor Day. It did not. There was no communication that the item would take this long to ship. Very disappointing and lousy customer service.

As some of the other reviewers have said, this float is only suitable for smaller people. My husband is 6'1" and 170 lbs and he cannot sit comfortably in it. It reclines way too far back and tips too easily. A smaller person can keep it upright but you need to use your hands to keep your balance so it is impossible to hold a drink while sitting in it. Very disappointing.

It appears to be good quality materials and well made. Its just a little chilly for being in the pool so cant' try it out yet!! We saw these in Hawaii last fall & I bought this was as a gift. Can't wait to try it. Ordering was easy and it arrived sooner than the expected date which was nice since it was a gift & I was hoping it would be on time. The box was bashed in but the float was ok, so FedEx must have tossed it around a bit!

The cover is great for large wicker three seat outdoor sofas. The quality is outstanding and keeps the furniture safe from the elements especially in our area where pine drippings and monsoon storms are common In the summer. Unfortunately this is our third one in three years because the puppy also like to chew holes in it when she is left alone for too long. Great price and shipping is free.
