Product advertised as water-proof and so far it is. Fit is a little over-sized but ok as we may go with a thicker cushion in the future. Like the velcro adjustments which helps with the over-size issue. Took way to long to receive product. When I called to inquire an effort was made to expedite the shipping.

I love the weighted spa pillow. Although it is made specifically for a spa, I use it as a pillow for my mobility bath lift. The lift's back has a lumbar shape and I could never lie flat against the back when the back is lowered. With the weighted spa pillow, I can lie comfortably when the back is lowered into the bath water. Thanks so much. The pillow came quickly. It was packed well. Great service!

I recieved the first pot, it had a spot inside bottom the size of a quarter that was pitted. I contacted your company, emailed a picture and a new pot was sent to replace it. That was great. However, when the new pot came , there was rust on the inside of the pot as well as the inside of the lid. My friend doesn't want it. It was a gift for him. I wrote Elizabeth on 1/8 & 1/9. She did reply, but only to mention her arrangement to have the second pot sent. I was requesting a refund and return labels. I have not her from her regarding that matter.

Great experience. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. The tables were easy to assemble and are very sturdy. Already used them with umbrellas when it was pretty windy and they were perfect. Really like the adjustable feet as my deck is uneven in spots.

This is a very nice, high quality chair. Three downside to it though is that it lays back too far. I prefer to sit a lot more upright than what this chair allows. The customer service was just fine. The chair was shipped very quickly.

I was actually very disappointed with this pillow. The color was much different than what was shown in the swatch on the website, drastic enough that it is not just a difference in monitor settings. Also, the biggest disappointment is that the pillow does not look full like it does in the photograph. The insert does not fill the whole cover which leaves it looking withered and cheap. This was my first experience with cozy days and unfortunately I can not recommend this product.
