“The product I purchased did not fit my patio furniture. Your pictures are misleading as many of them look exactly the same. I also measured carefully what I needed and still the product did not work for me.
I think your shipping charges to return items SUCK!! I paid $133.98 and was only refunded $120.58 based on your 10% charge/restocking policy, not to mention my cost of $24.39 to ship it back to you. I'm out $37.79 with no recourse. I will not shop here again.”
