“I was amazed how well everything was packed for shipping. All areas of the wicker, including the bottom support pieces, was wrapped with bubble wrap/cardboard and securely tied by hand! It takes some time and a utility knife to remove, but there wasn't a scratch on any of it!.
Also, something you don't see in the pictures are the sturdy thick straps which support the seat. These chairs are substantial and extremely well made, very comfortable and look better than the pictures.
Lastly, its just a little thing but the bottom of the chair backs sport a nice metal tag logo, which adds a touch of distinction..”
