Of the two I bought, one had a broken rocker when received. I called customer service, they said a replacement rocker would be sent out right away. It has not been received yet, approximately 10 days since my call.

The chair itself had a nick in the wood and the paint on the front of the chair, the paint was not even on pieces of the chair, and one of the rocker feet had a crack in the hole that you screw the rest of the chair into. The quality of this rocker is very poor. I have called the company and am awaiting a call back to return the chair.
