The chairs had gouges, cracks, off color wood filler in many spots, and some very rough surfaces. We returned them 1/07/13 , per your online instructions at a cost of $108.64 (UPS Surface). Included in each box were photos of the defect areas, and your return documents. We request a full refund of the purchase price of $227.04 plus reimbursement of the return shipping charges. We also request that no additional charges be applied to this transaction. We look forward to your prompt favorable response. The order was received promptly in time for Christmas, however, it remains to be seen how the reimbursement for the defective product and related return shipping charges is handled by CozyDays.

St Charles, ILRated 1 out of 5 stars December 26, 2012I'm pretty good with woodworking projects, but this rocker left a lot to me desired. First it's not oak, and the fit was terrible. I had to sand an hammer the dowells into the rails of the rocker. They never did fit quite right. The directions indicated that there were 4 different types of screws, there were only three. Twice the dirctions called for one type of screw, which was wrong, in one case the tip broke through the arm rest. This is not even close to a good product. Very disappointed.
