I sent the glow lamp to my daughter for her birthday she loved it so much she asked for another one so I sent her 1 more she says they are beautiful and very soothing

First, I would like to say that after placing my order I did receive good customer service in regards to checking on the status and delivery. BUT....then when the item arrived, the package was a mess, and the boxes crushed inside the cardboard shipping box. The boxed items were simply put into a shipping box (3 times larger than the items) and NO PACKING MATERIAL was included to protect the Fragile crystal balls!! Thus, the boxes inside were thrown about and crushed when they arrived! Fortunately they survived, but I had to check everything thoroughly to make sure that they still worked and nothing was damaged! and since this was a GIFT for someone, I had to find other boxes to re-pack them into, since the original boxes were such a mess!!! What a nightmare! I had to explain to the person receiving the gift why they did not get their items in the proper box, etc.... I have ordered many things online and have never received Fragile Merchandise without ANY PACKING MATERIAL to protect it! Sadly...I will NOT be ordering anything else from CozyDays because this shows that they did not care if their merchandise arrives safely to the customer!!

The don't throw out a lot of light, but have a "calming" effect as they glow softly and change colors. They work very effectively for solar lights. I would recommend these lights if you are looking for a nice soft effect that is something different than the traditional solar lamps.
