Built with a high grade steel, every frame tube and connector goes through a 13 step surface preparation process. It is made up of 1-3/8" all steel frame, bonded with DupontTM thermoset baked on powder-coated finish prevents chipping, peeling, rust and corrosion.Its high profile white interior enhances interior illumination. The ratchet tite tensioning System provides simple installation while keeping cover tight to frame. It has swedged tubing for quick and easy slip-together assembly. Its cover is made up of triple-layer, heat bonded enhanced weave, rip-stop, waterproof, polyethylene cover. The uv-treated inside and out with added fade blockers, anti-aging, antifungal agents resulting in a fabric cover that withstands the elements.

The framework was a total nightmare to assemble. Took 2 hours, mainly because the tubing is very poorly marked or not marked at all. The numbering system should be much simpler as well. Once assembled, the J shaped bottom tubes want to turn every which way so they have to be staked to the ground to hold them in place. Once erected, it held up well, but there's no way to keep the back panel, lower flap on the ground, letting wind and leaves and snow blow in. I had to insert a steel bar to keep it down. I also secured a heavy duty, reflective tarp over it. This will extend the life of the porta shed by a few years. Tarps are cheap compare to buying a new shed.
